Te cobran 18usd de limpieza pero te cobran iva sobre ese monto también además del iva de la estadía . Si cobran iva deberían entregar factura y no lo hacen. No tiene microondas ni plancha . No Es de 1 sólo dormitorio sino que es un monoambiente para tener en cuenta

Gostei! Quando fiz a reserva pensei que fosse um hotel, mas chegando lá percebi que era apartamento, que fica em um edifício recém reformado e com elevadores novos, por sinal muito bom. Tanto o Porteiro do edifício quanto a responsável pelo check in e entrega das chaves foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

When I arrived at the property , I buzzed the doorbell and a man and woman greeted me. They wanted to collect the rental charge and told me I owed this amount. I reserved the room for 2 nights for a charge of 80 usd. They wanted to charge me 122 usd and I told them that they were wrong with that amount. They called someone on the phone and the guy on the other end was really rude almost yelling at me saying that "in South America everybody has to pay the VAT....it doesn't matter who!" I have been traveling through South America for 5 weeks now. I have booked everything exclusively through Expedia and the total is the total. Even at the end of the booking there is a discretion saying that the hotel will charge the VAT, but foreigners are excluded. The hotel rate was 40 usd a night, and they wanted to charge me 42 usd for the tax. This is not acceptable, it's a scam. I left the apartment and had to scramble to find another place to stay. I would tell all travelers to avoid this place....probably why they don't have any reviews yet. AVOID at all costs. This was my experience and my experience only, so take this into consideration. I have booked hundreds of hotels and have never walked away from a reservation.

Malísima experiencia

Llegamos a la hora estipulada, nos comunicamos con quien se suponía nos iba a recibir y nos comunica que (a pesar de haber reservado) no había más disponibilidad. Después de estar 4 horas a la deriva, y de comunicarnos con hoteles.com, se comunica el encargado Guillermo con nosotros para decirnos que mágicamente se había desocupado un departamento (porque le salía más caro reubicarnos!!). No era el departamento que había reservado, sucio, sin jabón ni shampoo/crema de enjuague. Nos cobraron un extra en concepto de "limpieza" que no estaba detallado en ningún lado. Nos adelantaron la hora de check out. Un desastre!! No recomiendo alquilarle a esta persona.
