Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive.

Cama razoável, travesseiro péssimo, muito muito ruido da rua, não consegui dormir, parecia que a cama estava na rua. Havia uma cafeteira e lâmpada na mesa, mas não havia, acredite se quiser, tomadas próximas, ou seja eram meros objetos de enfeite. Chuveiro razoável, mas alagava o banheiro, mesmo tomando cuidado para não espirrar muita água. Toalhas muito velhas e algumas rasgadas. Café da manhã sofrivel e o local do café muito quente, não dava para ficar. Starbucks colado ao hotel, mas também não era uma boa loja. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, mas não ajuda com tantos pontos negativos. Não recomendo!
