Great location, room & communication. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We had room 101- nice room but very noisy from the street until 3am. Bring earplugs & you will be fine, but they are a must. Good value for the price.

Excellent front desk staff provided touristic support and hotel services. Top notch communications via whatsapp. We didn't see another neighborhood where we would rather have stayed. We stayed for a week and loved the restaurant/bar selection. Highly recommended.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable- we are a family of 4 with two teenagers and it worked great. Fantastic location too. They made a small mistake on our reservation and ending up giving us the last night free to rectify the situation - which was not asked for and way too nice. I think that just shows they want to make things work for their guests)

Hotel itself needs lots of remodeling, but location is very close to everything, stay away from first floor if you can, it's above bakery and noise starts early morning and if close the windows and turn on A/C it makes more noise.

Excelente opción ! La ubicación es insuperable, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza Serrano y toda la zona llena de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y con mucho movimiento de gente caminando a todas horas. Tuvimos un apartamento para 4 personas que resultó muy bonito y muy cómodo y espacioso. La atención de Emiliano y de todo el personal del hotel es extraordinaria. Te ayudan y orientan en todo lo que necesitas y siempre con la mejor disposición. La limpieza tiene un 10 también. Muy recomendado!

Óptima localización

Muy cómoda la habitación y óptima localización, pero la tele no funcionaba, los enchufes todos de 3 puntos y con el adaptador no cargaba mas de uno celular. Sobre le limpieza, se olvidaron de sacar la basura del baño usado por el huésped anterior.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal de atención totalmente ausente. Pedimos un trapo de piso y secador para el baño y no nos dieron. Al ducharnos se salía toda el agua, generando una situacíon muy incómoda. Falta mantenimiento. Es muy caro para el confort y servicio ofrecido. No volvería nunca!!

Ubicación excelente, cómodo, lindo, algo mejorable

La ubicación es excelente. El lugar es cómodo y lindo, el colchón es mejorable, la ducha moja todo el baño y hay que estar secando todo. La pileta es muy buena, lo mismo que el jacuzzi y la terraza muy aprovechable.

En gral esta muy bien, experimente un problema con el control remoto del decodificador y en lugar de reemplazar el control mientras me encontraba fuera de la habitación esperaron que regresara para recien ahi traer el nuevo control, fuera de eso el lugar esta OK, la cama matrimonial son dos camas pequeñas unidas, lo que es muy incomodo

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, muchas tiendas y restaurantes. En la noche es un poco ruidoso asi q si planea descansar tal vez la ubicacion no es la mas adecuada. Perfecto para pasear x Soho!!
