No es un hotel familiar

Llegamos y no había habitaciones familiares. Nos sugirieron hacer no show en una de ellas y dormir todos en la misma habitación. Es imposible que niños de 3 y 5 duerman solos en una habitación. El trato fue amable.

El hotel es muy lindo, la habitación muy cómodo. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el control de la tv pero lo solucionaron, lo que me pareció malísima es la falta de agua caliente, llamamos para que lo solucionen y no lo hicieron. En toda la estadía no hubo agua caliente para ducharse .
