This hotel is always my base in Argentina. It’s closer to Florida st., San Telmo, downtown and a short ride to Boca. I live in Uruguay, and literally a block or two from the ferry. The staff is always friendly and breakfast is aways hot. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

This is a very nice centrally located property. The staff were very friendly, the 12:00 noon checkout time convenient and the front desk was able to arrange very affordable transportation to the EZE airport.

We are a family of five with kids. The staff took very good care of us. Which we needed because our luggage had been lost. The location was very convenient for buses, ferries and walking to restaurants.

This hotel should be closed for repair, but operating unsafely. The ceiling was leaking water (from one of the bathrooms) onto the floor by the elevator for the corridor to the dining room. Slippery and dangerous to all guests. The wrong design of glass doors for the bathroom of Room 624, it's very dangerous to walk in for toilet and shower.

Hotel's website highlighted its service on transportation, but the staff had little experience in ordering taxi or van service. We order six rides, three cars did not show up, especially at the night no cars came to a Tango theater. The hotel offered to schedule a ride from airport, but failed to confirm any provider - the staff should get some training for not over-promise what they can do with transportation service. The rides we received were over-priced and with poor driver service.

The staff is helpful and well-intended, however, the breakfast area is tiny, and since breakfast is served up to 10 am and lots of families go to this hotel, finding a table after 09.30 is impossible without queuing for 20 minutes. Additionally, the self-service vending machines do not provide food options for vegetarians. The surroundings of the hotel are dark and bleak.

Staff awesome. Location very close to Buquebus microcentro area. Two blocks from Galerias Pacifico. Walking distance to Casa Rosada and el Puente de la mujer. Location is good. Hotel is dated feels pretty old… it was clean comfy beds but pretty outdated.
