Our room had wonderful views out over the Recoleta cemetery and out towards the sea. It was a busy, thriving area with a great atmosphere, music, craft and art markets, open spaces and variety of eating options. Also by the start of yellow tourist bus! Staff were friendly & helpful too! :-)

Good location

Excellent location with a short walk to buses and metro. Staff were helpful and polite and most reception staff spoke good English. Tourist area so felt safe, with several restaurants and some shops, very busy at night but quiet at rear and on higher floors.

Health conditions terrible. The rooms facing front of the hotel are noisy. You cannot sleep untill 5.00 am. Too many sports bars qith music above 120db untill early morning. Terrible stay. Worst ever i. 60 years of traveling

Great staff, mediocre rooms

The staff, front desk, breakfast room, housekeeping all top notch. Room was a handicap room, bathroom had walk in shower, that we requested. The faucet in the shower could not regulate the hot water...maintenance came, but never worked properly. Also, no closet..we were there 8 nights, used kitchenette cupboards for clothes. Location excellent.

Clean and great location

Cyan is as clean as it can be and the staff is really friendly. This place is all about location… location is excellent. If you are looking for silence and peaceful sleep take into account that Cyan is located right in the middle of a bar area so expect street noise until early hours. However, if you are looking for a great location and don’t mind the noise, this is a good place. They should think in some renovations as a lot in the room is somehow old, chipped or broken.

The room was just okay. Curtains and blankets had holes in them. The bathroom was wet all the time, with water leaking. No washcloths, no coffee in the room. Terrible value for the price.

You can’t rest in this hotel.

The noises were terrible. In the first floor it’s impossible to sleep. The bars close 3 am every day with drunk people shouting and laughing until 3 or 4am in the street below the rooms. The pillows are though and uncomfortable, all of them. No relationship between the price and the quality.

Bad facilities. Doors inside the apartment were missing the lock and couldn’t be closed, including bathroom. You can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from other rooms. Sex (good for them) next door could be heard as if it was on our own room, the banging on the wall literally moved our room door that was already semi open. You can hear every movement on the other room’s bathroom so loud that you can’t sleep. I would never return. VIP status non existent.

The property is very run down and old. Most of the staff was quite unfriendly when we interacted with them, and they even denied us our free drinks that were promised with our booking. Our room faced the street and it was extremely loud until about 4am because there are a few busy bars right outside your window. We did not even try the breakfast, we took one look at it and decided to go buy breakfast somewhere instead, there is at least a shopping mall with some choices a few blocks away. The hotel is located around a bunch of restaurants and bars and it is right across the street from the recoleta cemetary, so if it is location you are after, then maybe this could be for you.

A localização é ótima. Em frente ao cemitério da Recoleta e ao lado da feira que acontece aos finais de semana. O quarto grande e espaçoso. Café da manhã simples, mas ok. O ponto realmente negativo foram as toalhas de rosto e banho, velhas encardidas, não dava vontadede usar.
