"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The location is good but it is very old and almost all the rooms had a strange potent smell. Staff are very rude. It is a tour bus hotel so I think they have a very bad time with customers and take it out on everyone."

"We did not stay at the property. We checked in, went to our room and left within 10 mins. Very unsanitary, my son had a mold allergy headache within 10 mins. "
