"Every time I left the facility my key-cards deactivated. Had to walk from room to front desk in rain to get new cards. Had trouble checking in, they didn't have my payment processed on their end. Took me 30-45 minutes after a 12 hour drive. They exchanged towels but didn't make up the bed."
