"Great experience overall"

"Rooms were nice and the beds are super comfy! Not too bad of a walk to Disney but you’re close to the Toy Story parking lot to take the busses instead. Staff were friendly and the complimentary cookies were AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! You also have some food options within walking distance. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Freehand and will definitely choose them again for my next LA trip. There were some smudges of someone's makeup on the wall near the mirror and the desk table had some damage on it but otherwise the room was clean. The room I chose faced a street with a bar and there was some noise from people standing out front late at night but otherwise it was a peaceful stay. The rooftop bar is wonderful and open til midnight which made it a great option for a night cap without having to leave the hotel and the lobby lounge was a great option for getting work done during the day. A little busy but I found a spot and the cafe integral staff was very kind and accommodating. "

"We've stayed at the Cambria two times at two different times of the year. Busy time (Holiday time) and non busy (end of April). Both times we had a great stay. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and staff is always very friendly and helpful in anyway! Breakfast was plentiful! Kids had a great time at the heated pool with slides. They also have outdoor games and a basketball court. Movies are shown at the pool's outdoor screen every night. There is a Starbucks right next door and a few other tasty restaurants. Our only complaint which is really not an issue with the hotel but the ART transportation was really horrible. Wait times were sometimes 30-45 mins and then another 20-30 on the ride stopping at other stops which in turn wastes time in the parks. I love Cambria and so wish it was closer to the parks and I would stay here every time! "
