"I like that it was pet friendly. The customer service was good. The air conditioning, was not working properly. It kept on shutting off in the middle of the night and the fan would just run without air conditioning. There was no tissue in the tissue box. No phone in room. No house keeping to take trash out. Refrigerator was not cold. We did not complain to front desk since we were staying a short period. Overall, it was a nice place. "

"I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again, but obviously my preference would be in the city of Solvang. Staff was kind. Roomwas fine. Beds are a little small for a couple but great for
kids
. I did not eat at the cafe, but the fact they have one is a plus. Price point was doable, but I realize it was Christmas time so prices will be higher. Still, as I said, I would stay again."
