"Hospitality needs improvement. There was one woman and man helpful at the front deck. Hostess at beach needs some coaching to make people feel welcome. Only one restaurant is open in September and the water taxi ends at 6p. We weren’t aware that many of the hotels perks were limited in September which is part of what we thought we were paying for. Very expensive for what it was."

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Outdoor and indoor pools were amazing. Overall, our experience was very good and we will definitely come back. Location is unbeatable.
