"This was a great location, in the middle of a Mall. Target,Ross, Michaels, Sephora..plenty of eateries. The room was clean and spacious, great King size bed, the air conditioning was excellent as well. The gym didn’t have any towels or cleaning wipes. I had to bring my own and the elevators didn’t match the cleanliness of the property. Overall I would stay again, the staff was very helpful and pleasant."

"A few cosmetic things- a rip in the curtains, some mildew by the shower caulking, the fridge wobbled when you opened and closed it. Otherwise, property was clean enough. Housekeeping threw away the bag my boyfriend’s suit is kept in, which was annoying and inconvenient. The breakfast was great! Bed was comfy, pillows were nice. Staff was incredibly courteous and kind, especially the female manager (whose name I didn’t get) was superb."

"I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me. To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. This may not seem like a long time, and I am certainly not going to exaggerate saying, ‘I stood there for five minutes’. In that brief clip of time she was so engrossed in her texting, and yes, I could clearly see the screen, that she failed to realize that I was standing there. When I politely said ‘hello’ I was met with a finger, that I interpreted as ‘wait’. Not acceptable! When I said to her, ‘hey maybe you can do that later’, I was met with such attitude, that if I and my family was not so tired, we would have left and gone somewhere else. Is this how you treat returning customers. Outrageous!"
