Die Zentrale Lage ermöglicht viele Besichtigungen zu Fuss. Unser Zimmer befand sich leider zur Straßenseite hin und war daher nachts sehr laut. Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir darauf achten, dass es sich zum Innenhof befindet. Das Personal hilfsbereit, wir konnten am letzten Tag unser Gepäck unterstellen bis zur Abreise. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Accueil très sympathique par tous les jeunes de la réception pour notre séjour de 4 nuits. 1ère nuit mauvaise, matelas très fatigué !!! chambre 11 à côté des climatiseurs donc un bourdonnement constant !!! Nous avons pu changer de chambre dès le lendemain; chambre 8, plus petite mais ns avons pensé que c'était lié à la configuration; que nenni !! Nous avons en fait été sous classé - chambre Deluxe alors que j'avais réservé et payé pour une suite Junior - sans en avoir été averti. Je trouve cela limite malhonnête. Je déconseille le petit-déjeuner car menu limité pour les clients de l'hôtel, et si les plats sont hyper photogéniques il n'en est pas de même gustativement. Sinon, bien que les chambres soient bruyantes et pas rénovées , le lieu est très sympa et idéalement situé. Néanmoins je n'y retournerai pas

Every interaction was met with genuine kindness, care, and an eagerness to help. They were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. From recommendations to special requests, nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such distinctive design with such heartfelt hospitality. We left already talking about when we’ll return.

Notre séjour était presque parfait. Le seul bémol de l'établissement est que les murs sont assez fin et que les escaliers en métal résonnent énormément. Ayant eu de nouveau voisin assez bruyant au milieu de notre séjour, nous avons du nous plaindre au prés de la réception, sans résultats (bien entendu pas de leur faute). Hormis ce détail, nous n'avons rien eu a redire sur le personnel qui était trés serviable et d'excellent conseil!
