The property was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, and matched the advertised details. It was also in a convenient location. The wifi and aircon both worked really well and the bathroom was well appointed (apart from no shower curtain).
The biggest issue we had was with the check-in details. These were not sent automatically at the advised time (although they were emailed soon after I chased them up). Also, the initial instructions were faulty (wrong location given for the key safe) and misleading (the flat was actually on the 3rd floor not the second) and I had to
request clarifications. These points together resulted in a 50 minute delay in our getting access to the property.
Another slightly adverse point was that the kitchen and cooking utensils were limited (e.g. no bowls, chopping board, scissors) and the sink plug didn't stop water flowing out which made it very difficult to wash up
