"I chose this hotel largely because the website advertised laundry service. Unfortunately, I was only informed at check in that the service is not available on weekends, which was disappointing after two weeks of travel and something I would have liked to know before booking. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was good, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. However, the in room television experience was frustrating. The WiFi connection required for casting was not functioning in my room, and the Netflix button on the remote was unavailable, leaving me to watch content on my phone instead. Overall, the hotel has several positive qualities, particularly the staff and breakfast, but clearer communication about service limitations and better maintenance of in room technology would have improved the experience."

"The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They were helpful when we had questions about tours, restaurants, and other general inquiries. The breakfast was excellent. There were choices for every taste. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. The rooms had all of the amenities required and the bed was comfortable."

"Great location near metro, tram, buses etc… Nice restaurants and stores nearby. Very walkable and safe area. Hotel has nice lobby, rooms are quite large and comfortable. Air in room was good. Beds were okay and housekeeping was perfect. Good shower and fridge. Lots of storage space. We were not in a renovated room. The safe was new (had been replaced) but was installed very high up. Needed a chair to get to it. Not practical. The carpet on the floor did not feel clean. Breakfast was very good and fresh but was lacking fruits. Only apples, oranges and kiwi with a few bananas at the occasion. Would of liked to have melon, grapes, strawberries and small fruit. Staff was polite but not helpful. When we first arrived, although we were staying for 9 nights and it was very early morning when we arrived from Canada after two long flights we were offered luggage accomodations only. We had to wait until mid afternoon to get to our room and felt no consideration on their part, although I am a senior with a son with special needs and have a VIP status with expedia. Overall, I would recommend it because of location and quality of room/breakfast."

"Location! was excellent walking distance to landmarks lots of restaurants in the area public transportation very well serviced. The air condition was not good It was hot and there is no way to change the temperature. Breakfast was excellent overall it was a great stay."
