Nice place, pay before arrival

The place is nice, central. Stayed 3 nights. Great place for exploring city by foot and local transport all close by. I reserved the place and requested to pay on arrival, I was told I could only pay by cash which was annoying. So if you want to pay by card, pay when you book. Gym and pool was very crowded when we went but it is a nice facility

The apartment No.106 was really nice, big and comfortable for a family of 4. The complex also include a Gym, swimming pool and saunas (2).

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in time. The shower wasn't cleaned very well. They didn't inform the airport transfer service that we paid in advance for the morning ride from the apartment to the airport. In general, they just seemed kind of disorganized. They were polite but disorganized. The apartment wasn't bad, but the furniture was showing signs of wear. For the price, it was okay. If we travel through Budapest again we will stay somewhere else.

You can stay in MUCH nicer places for LESS money

We have booked DELUXE version…. Not sure what the other one was but it was just terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely overpriced for what you get. Don’t be fooled by nice reception as Reception has nothing to do with them! Regret so much we moved in, should have never done it… …….. Extremely noisy in the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unwashed towels and bedding. Extremely dirty pillows and bedding, just basically you want to vomit when you see them, and please trust me I am not just being awkward and fussy… Not enough cups, cutlery, no trays for cooking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Washing machine does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Location is not either bad nor good. The room, spacious, sure but, no toiletries Very small towels, unable to keep them dry and had to use it for 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can stay in MUCH nicer places for LESS money - please do this!

Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni e non c'è stato nessun servizio di pulizia neanche cambio asciugamani. Questo l'ho trovato davvero di pessimo gusto. L'appartamento in se era carino e attrezzato come nelle foto. Abbiamo provato a chiedere informazioni sulla piscina e ci hanno risposto di contattare la persona che aveva fatto check in. Non sono stati per niente disponibili neanche per delle informazioni immagino se avessimo avuto dei problemi. Non ci tornerei

Trés bon séjour au Holidays Budapest Apartment : bien situé , trés propre et confortable , service réactif et efficace ( réparation du climatiseur ) , possibilité de petit dejeuner trés copieux sur place au rez de chaussée( + 12e / pers) , accés à la salle de sport et piscine / hammam / sauna tous les jours avec horaires trés larges . Superrette au coin de la rue trés commode . Point à améliorer : ustensils ménagers pour cuisiner un peu limités.

Budapest er en fantastisk by. Hotelværelse var fint, når det kun var til overnatning. Sengen var dog ikke så god, da den havde buler, efter megen brug, og man måtte derfor ligge helt ude i den ene side.

Aucune photo du spa sur l'annonce car en fait celui-ci ne leur appartient pas mais comme l'appartement fait partie d'un complexe hôtelier, les occupants ont l'accès gratuit aux équipements : sauna, jacuzzi, piscine intérieur, salle de sport. L'appartement en lui-même est conforme à ce que l'on peut en attendre au vu de l'annonce, des photos et du descriptif.

Dirty flat

The flat is big, the same than Bliss hotel near by, but there is no reception so you have to wait for someone and the flat is very dirty. I had a first one who smelt tobacco and the second one was so dirty... I do not recommend.
