Fantastic place.

This place was beautiful. Friendly staff, heated bathroom floor, comfortable bedding. I travels there on crutches and they do have a lift in the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, poor communication

The apartment was in an excellent location, clean and modern with everything needed. The only issue I had was I did not receive any of the check in instructions or lockbox information ahead of my stay as stated on hotels.com. Luckily the hotel manager and apartment owner were very helpful and assisted me with checking in but this was an hour after the check in time stated and only when I returned to the apartment block to enquire myself. I didn’t receive an email from hotels.com with the required info until my third day in the apartment.
