"None of the ice makers on any of the floors on the Dominican tower worked at all. Water was coming up through the floor in the room and we called maintenance out, it couldn’t be fixed then. We had gotten a text that morning saying we could extend our stay another night, despite everything we were going to because the kids were having fun. I called down to the lobby after maintenance left and said that I wanted to stay the extra night and I was told it was all good that the room would be available and to just come down to get the key cards redone. I go downstairs to get that taken care of and they tell me I cant, I can’t even extend my check out time because maintenance has to have to room. They can’t even look for another room to extend the stay because it’s not the same room I was in. Everyone there was extremely rude. "

"The property is run down. The lock on the door had issues. The toilet ran constantly and had to giggle the handle. The shower dripped constantly leaving the bathroom floor wet. The safe did not work. The lamp shades are not only dated but filthy as well. No amenities such as coffee or water in lobby. The bed slopes and had to sleep in the middle in order not to roll off."
