Clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels a bit quiet and ‘grey’ in the evening, but it’s in a very central location.

Weekend away

Apartament was really good. Location was brilliant. The air con is only in living room but just open the windows from bedroom and kitchen and air the room old school 😅. It could do with some basics seasoning like salt, pepper sugar etc unless you're are going to buy it for 3 nights stay which isn't really ideal. The only downside is communication before the trip as I was recieving emails in Romanian and had to ask twice for English communication. But once there communication was really good.

although they did reach out prior to our arrival, the info to get to the place and into the unit was not provided until i reached out to them and that took them over 30 mins to respond. it's also not the address they have listed in expedia. instructions were very confusing and when i asked about the free parking that was included, they said the street was fine. it was not. i'm still waiting for them to resolve the ticket i received because of their miscommunication or lack thereof. ac unit only in living room and did not work well. kept the living room cool enough but the rest of the place was hot and humid. i did like that they had a little patio area, which was nice as climbing 3 flights of stairs in that building was rough, especially with luggage, although they did have a elevator that would fit at 1 time, 1 person with their luggage. definitely would not go back, not worth it

Wonderful apartment close to the old town. Instructions easy yo understand to gsin access. Suggest use lift to 3rd level if arriving after dark as automatic lighting can turn off.

A sublime Bucharest experience

Our experience at the Metropole Apartments was just sublime from end to finish. They arranged us a private transfer from the airport and Nico the driver was very sweet and kind explaining us the city like an experienced tour guide. The apartment itself very modern, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the huge rain shower in the bathroom:) Cristi allowed us a later check-out free of charge. The whole experience was headache free and we would return here to our next visit for sure. Many thanks. Nicola and family.

Ecco la recensione per Metropole Old Town: --- Ho soggiornato in passato presso la loro struttura nella via vicina e mi sono trovato molto bene con loro. Questa volta invece un po’ meno. Sono venuto con i genitori pensando di trovare le stesse condizioni, ma mancava un tavolo per mangiare; c’erano solo dei piccoli tavoli da design inutilizzabili. Appartamento adatto per brevi soggiorni e non lunghi.

Charmerende lejlighed

Meget dejlig lejlighed med rengøringen i top. Virkelig lækkert at det var en lejlighed med køkken og ikke bare et hotelværelse. God kommunikation med værten og det hele var en dejlig oplevelse. Hyggelig terrasse hvor jeg kunne nyde kaffen i morgensolen med udsigt over den charmerende Old Town. Dejlig centralt med gåafstand til det meste. Et sted vi meget gerne besøger igen

When we entered the apartment, we said WOW, Its so spacious, clean and modern. The area is very quiet, accessible to public transport and restaurants.
