"I was unable to check in because I did not receive any contact from the host on the day of my stay. Furthermore, the host contacted me on the day of my stay to say that the apartment was closed because he had made a mistake with the reservation date. This is a very malicious host. I have not received any contact regarding a refund. I am currently requesting Expedia to handle this."

"Expedia listed property as 5 GP. Host mistook me for another guest. Sent us to wrong 4GP property After contacting host he discovered we had booked 2GP. Expedia also listed my booking as for 1 room. None of my messsages to clarify situation were answered due to host responding to another guest not me with a similar phone number. Believe Expedia should check their advertisement for this property as errors caused both host and us unnecessary problems. 2GP is an outstanding property and well...

"Very bad experience at several levels, let's start with the check-in: first, you are supposed to received check in info by mail, which I didn't get, so no follow up on the rentals and stress of not being able to check in the flat. Secondly, the check-in procedure requires that you pay a depositum by bank transfer (not credit card): who asks for depositum for that kind of rentals? not the well-known rental platforms, this is very cumbersome. Then, the depositum is only reimbursed after 10-15...

"Overall I gave this property an okay to poor rating. The couch and chair in the living room were visibly dirty and felt sticky. The tv remotes were sticky and coated in dirt/dust and hair. The bed, bathroom and kitchen seemed clean. The host offered to try and accommodate our check in time prior to our arrival in the city which we appreciated, but they were unresponsive to any communication from us during our stay."

"Très bien situé. Pas de drap plat sur le matelas, il y avait seulement le protège matelas et le gestionnaires a argumenté en me disant que c’était comme cela en Belgique!!! Propreté douteuse, cerne brun dans le fond de l’évier dans le cuisine."
