I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. Cleanliness is top tier and the views are unreal. The rooftop bar is relaxing and chill. I had such an amazing experience in Belgium. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Val and Goncalo for their excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm. Great hotel for a business trip, room has a table and booth seating perfect for working. Bed were huge and very comfortable. The gym is great for a little morning work out before meetings. The restaurant on the top floor was delicious as was breakfast, perfect selection of items.

I have never seen before staff that is so helpfull and polite as the personal in this hotel. They offered us an upgrade and they even asked us if we would like to check out later than 12.00 without a charge. I have worked in a five star hotel and I have travel a little bit in my life but I have never seen this kindness from any other hotel staff.
