good communication perfect location staff will always help there is cleaning every day if you like as well as you can change towels;) the only thing I didnt like is on the 3rd floor there is no WiFi however I had mobile data

Chambre très froide et pas du tout insonorisée. On entend tout les bruits dans le couloir et chez les voisins. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et les personnes à l’accueil ne font rien du tout pour résoudre le problème. La lumière rentre dans la chambre dès le lever du jour, le frigo qui fait un gros bruit tout la nuit impossible de dormir dans se logement. Je le déconseille sa ne veau pas du tout le prix que j’ai payé. Le personnel a un manque de professionnalisme ils préfèrent jouer à la console sur ordinateur que de trouver une solution pour le confort de leur client. Plus jamais!!!

Doen virket dårlig og var veldig lite, rullegardinen på doen og i dusjen burde vært byttet for 10+ år siden. Lyset i gangen virket ikke, ingen lys ved senga der var det bare ledninger ut av veggen. Senga og puten var harde, ikke bra det heller. Det var kun 1 lys over senga og på doen og dusjen. Ingen hårtørker, fikk ingen selv om vi sa ifra. Og frokosten var ikke mye å skryte av, brød og yoghurt men ikke noe varm mat

we got in to Brussels around 10pm, and we’re headed out by 9:30am. Didn’t spend much time enjoying amenities... sign above toilet said no toilet paper in the toilet, it had to go in the garbage beside. (Gross!) place was dated but clean. Decent location

We thought there was a kitchenette but there was only a kettle with no cups. On asking we were told we could use the kitchen facilities on the ground floor. As our room was on the fourth floor we didn’t bother. Breakfast was ok but we are disappointed to be still waiting for a receipt for the cash payment we made for the room. We were told would be emailed.

Anniversary trip

The only plus I can give this place is the fact that it is 1 min walk from the public transport system, Metro, Tram and Bus. The first room I was given, on the 5th floor, - they could not open the door. The 2nd room was the attic on the 6th floor. The lift only went to the 4th floor. The only light switch was at the door resulting in having to walk across a large room in the dark.They did give me a 3rd room, for my second night, which was an improvement. I had what you would call a 'breakfast' on my first morning but it was so poor I did not bother the following morning. I was glad to leave. Certainly not recommended.

I don’t recommended this hotel

The bed are not conforta all, I was stay on the room number 303 and is really awful. The door of the shower cabin are difficult to close,the shower cabin are dirty, one of the light on the wall are broken and due I’m in 3floor the WiFi are so poor ( must stay in front of the door to get connection)

Normāla viesnīca par atbilstošu cenu.

Brokastīs ir diezgan plaša izvēle, bet jāiet āgrāk, ap 8:00, tad vēl ir visi ēdieni, jo pēc 9:00 vairs neko nepapildina un jāēd atliekas. Viesnīcā būtu jāuzlabo iekšējā kontrole par numuriņu nodrošinājumu ar inventāru, rodas priekštstats, ka ir tikai istabas uzkopējs, bet neviens cits no administrācijas nekontrolē situāciju. Istabiņā nav informācijas par viesnīcas sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem, brokastu laiku un izrakstīšanos. Viesnīcas novietojums ir tuvu metro stacijai, tas ir galvenais plus. Ja vajadzēs vēlreiz būt Briselē, tad zinu ko var sagaidīt no šis viesnīcas un atgriezīšos, jo cena bija pieņemama, kas atsver dažas nepilnības.

Le studio n’est pas du tout équipé pour la prépartion des repas, un set de serviette pour 1 personne alors que nous étions 2, des remontés d’odeur venant de la douche, pas de savons pour les mains et la fenêtre se trouve au plafond. Le matelas est à ressort et ça fait très mal lorsqu’on dort, la couette est trop petite pour 2 personnes.

Отель в шаговой доступности от центра, идти мин.30. Заселили на мансарде на 5 этаже, лифт шел до 3, а дальше по лестнице. Комната большая, была мини кухня с раковиной и плитой, чайника не было, но была небольшая кострюля. Снимали двухместный номер с одной кроватью, почему то дали одно большое и 2 средних полотенца. Пол плиткой везде, лучше ходить в тапках. Ручка в санузел сломана, не закрывалась, сообщили на ресепшене, в ответ получили " да, я видел", ничего не предприняли. Гель для душа были в пакетиках и в бутылочках, из которой он оооочень плохо вытряхивался (надо ещё постараться). Мыла не было. На завтрак в первые сутки хлеб, ветчина, сыр, хлопья кукурузные, чай, кофе, на вторые - появились яблоки и йогурт. Напротив есть продуктовый небольшой магазин

Not a good place.

The only thing good about this hotel was we had lots of space and the most of the people at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only one person spoke English and he was not always on the desk.
