The hotel is centrally located; restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel's style is Moroccan. I was looking for something unique, and this hotel did not disappoint. The room and bed were comfortable, even if there was no a/c. Would stay again if I am ever in the area.

The person at the front staff was very kind. I had a medical emergency and he called the ambulance for me. They were also kind enough to accept canceling my other nights because of my emergency

I loved everything about it! It is beautiful with it’s Moroccan tilework and exquisite decorations throughout the entire hotel. Very peaceful & lively at the same time. I felt like I was in Morocco, but close to the Central Train Station and next to the Grand-Place. A perfect location on a lively street, filled with restaurants, & no vehicular traffic except for deliveries. Quiet for sleeping & scenic. The owner & entire staff went above & beyond to assist me with a travel form & luggage help. They have a lift & lovely decorative! It was perfect for me & made my visit to Brussels extra great! I loved it!

Awesome location, 5 minutes walk from the Central Station and 2 minutes from the main square. This great location does mean there is a lot of street noise but for my family, it was worth it. Owner of the Hotel is awesome. This hotel is so colourful and unique. Definitely has a Moroccan feel. My only complaint would be we were there during a heatwave and our room had no air conditioning. There are so many great restaurants and Belgium beer bars close by. It was an awesome experience.

This was the most unique hotel I had ever been to. Turkish with a fondness for Victorian Tchotchkes. When we needed more towels, we were given all new ones. The staff were friendly. However, there was no air conditioning, and if it was any warmer, it may have been very uncomfortable for the upper loft people.

Well this was something different! Hotel Mozart is like being in Casablanca! You get the feel of Morocco with the colorful tiles, and the exotic settings throughout. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor (elevator!) which looked out over the street below. Nice welcome breeze in the afternoon. The bathroom was recently updated with a nice shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel is just a block from the main square of old town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Right in city center- best location you’re going to find for the price. Staff was very friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest but it was totally doable. We had to sleep with window open because it got really hot in our unit, which ended up being a bad idea because it was very loud at night because of the location.
