The hotel was clean and very centrally located. We walked there easily from the train station and it was close to key attractions like the Mannekin Pis. The staff were helping, letting us leave our luggage after check out and until we caught our next train.

A mixed review. Lovely hotel, fantastic location, friendly staff, excellent bed, good room. 4.5 stars for that. However, the toilet would not flush properly, instead just swirling around its contents. Not pretty. The shower was nearly impossible to get to a useable temperature, either scalding hot or freezing cold. It literally took ten minutes to get to a bearable temperature.

The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. We’ve been on a trip through 4 countries in Europe and this was by far the best and friendliest staff. The hotel was beautiful and kept very clean. The room was very comfortable, much larger than expected, and decorated very elegantly.

This is a family run boutique hotel. We had a lovely room with closet space, plug ins, safe and mini fridge. Large double bed and small two person couch. Lovely courtyard view. 8 minutes from brussels central. Staff was fantastic.

Short walkingdistance to major sights. The hotel rooms are tucked in a courtyard, so its quiet. Staff (George) super helpful, he even went out of his way to show us the nearesr laundrymat...even gave us his coins! Rooms are good size. I will definitely use them again next time we visit Brussels.

Location is great and that's it. The toilet leaked constantly and it was very loud. The bathroom also smelled terrible. We thought it was due to the cleaning agent used, but the smell came back after we left the windows open all day. The only reason to stay here is the location.

Would stay here again

Room was spacious and beautiful. Looked even better than in the pictures. Staff and owners were friendly. Gave lots of towels. We were steps away from chocolate stores and other great shops snd restaurants, and very close walk to Brussels town hall. Room had a very small fridge (could hold a few water bottles) and no microwave. Would stay here again.
