El checking con Pablo muy bien, rápido y el chico muy atento, la ubicación del apartamento perfecta. El apartamento es muy amplio, pero necesita una buena limpieza, además la wifi no funciona en ningún momento y faltan muchos detalles para hacer la estancia más agradable (no hay cortinas en el salón por lo que entra mucha luz y no se puede dormir bien, también falta una mesa y sillas en condiciones)

フロントが無いにも関わらずチェックインの方法に関する情報が全くなく、アパートの入口も見つけにくい。また、WIFI完備のはずが、WIFIにアクセスできず、電話やメールで何度苦情を言っても無視された。更にチェックアウト時に荷物を預けたいとメールで依頼していたが、当日スタッフが誰もいなく、結局預けることができず、空港に直行するしかなかった。確かにロケーションはいいがサービスは最低。

The location was amazing. That’s it. It is hard to find. The host/front personnel does not answer his phone. I requested to deposit our luggage early, they said yes but they never answered us when we were there. Lousy front service at best. But for the price, i guess you cannot expect too much. But to answer the phone....that much i expected, but we were disappointed when they answered after 4 hours. We ended up Leaving our bags in a restaurant with excellent hosts

그랑프라스에서 완전 가까워서 좋았습니다. 가족끼리 방문하였고, 저녁에 델라리움에 가고싶었지만 어린이가 있어 가지 못하는 아쉬움이 있었지만, 바로 옆에 리틀델라리움이 있어서 간단히 맥주한잔 할 수 있었어요. 그랑프랑스가 워낙 가까워 밤에도 약간의 소음이 있긴 했지만, 숙소 위치상 용인할 수 있는 수준이었구요. 무엇보다 청소상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 별5개 호텔에서도 이정도까지 깨끗하진 않았을거예요. 넷플릭스 되는것도 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 의향 100% 입니다. (아, 무엇보다 호스트가 매우 친절하십니다!)

great location for tourist visits

Great location for a tourist, a bit less ideal for a business traveler. There was quite a bit of light and noise from the street at night, and local business setup, trash collection etc starts early in the morning. Not ideal sleeping conditions for me, Also, the only writing surface in the apartment is a butcher cart with stools for set up in the kitchen for eating. Both the height and location means that this was not a good place to use as a desk. My only other comment is that there are about four flights of stairs, which \I don't recall seeing notice of in the property description. I'm ok with that, but for people with heavy luggage or problems walking up stairs, this might be a problem. A colleague was thinking of booking here but decided to go elsewhere because she cannot climb stairs It is worth making sure that the stair issue is highlighted in the description so that people will know in advance. The Wifi did not work well in the evening. It cut out every few minutes for seconds to minutes at a time.

Great location and personal service

Great location for a fair price, the room is spacious and has all necessary things for a couple of days in the hearth of Brussels. We also lost an item that was then sent by post without complications. Very recommended.
