Albert Molière is perfectly located for the tram (10 or 4) from in the city centre, so is easily reached if you are arriving at Gare du Midi. The hotel has no front desk as such, and is entered using a keypad code, but I have to say that the hotel was brilliant at informing me of all details well in advance. The lady helping at breakfast was really friendly, and my room was spotlessly clean.

Beautiful Old House with pluses and minuses
If you like art-deco-style interiors, you're in for a treat. We enjoyed our very large room that was nicely decorated. With that age come also disadvantages. No AC, no elevator. It would be perfect for a short stay with little luggage.

La chambre (17) etait très propre.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Le souci est le parking (zone active).
Mais le gérant dispose de solutions pour ceux qui viennent en voiture.
L'hôtel est à moins de 10 mn d'un arret de Tram. J'ai fait mes visites en Tramway

Prachtig gebouw, zeer attente eigenaar en prachtige kamer.
Het is wel erg gehorig - je hoort de deuren en t schoonmaken van andere kamers zeer luid in de ochtend, (het is immers een mooi oud gebouw) dus als je uit wil slapen neem oordoppen mee.

Nous avons logé hier soir pour un concert à Forest National. Très facile pour nous y rendre,30 min à pied.
B&B super bien placé, très bon accueil, décor somptueux de cette bâtisse Bruxelloise.
Chambre très propre, très soigné et bon petit déjeuner .
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Klassiek uiterlijk, goed en groot bed, moderne badkamer en wc. Tram letterlijk voor de deur. (Om naar het centrum te gaan) Gratis auto parkeren in garage. Goed ontbijt. Aardige eigenaar. Makkelijk zelf naar binnen met code. Betaalbaar.
Negatief
Erg onvriendelijke mevrouw van het ontbijt en schoonmaak. Ik spreek geen Frans, daar werd ze boos van en bleef stug Frans spreken terwijl ik geen idee had waar zij het over had. Deurklink van onze kamer zat los. En jammer dat de badkamer aan de raamkant zit, zodat je geen uitzicht hebt. De sluiting van de schuifdeuren Badkamer/wc is kapot. Ze sluiten niet, waardoor je een grote kier hebt. En 1 hing los, zat niet vast in de railing. Dus minder privacy. De prijs maakt veel goed. Maar onvriendelijk behandeld worden zou mij de volgende keer een ander hotel doen kiezen.
Als je Frans spreekt is ze waarschijnlijk wel heel aardig..

très bel établissement année 30... très belle fresque à l'entrée. Lit très grand et matelas à notre goût donc assez dur... je pense que c'est la première fois que je dors aussi bien dans un "hôtel"...première fois aussi que je réserve dans un bed & breakfast et très bonne expérience; j'y retournerai sûrement. Seul hic, j'avais réservé la chambre avec le balcon, expressément pour cela, et surprise! un papier sur la fenêtre était mis indiquant qu'il ne fallait surtout pas l'ouvrir :( ... vraiment dommage...

Generous host in a boutique establishment.
A pleasant hotel with beautiful decor in the entrance. My room was large and comfortable but I could hear every word spoken in the room next door. Great shower and generous breakfast included. The quality of the towels could be improved. Paul was an obliging host. Thank you.
