NH Collection Brussels Centre
The only issue was the room overlooked a bar, so it was noisy until around 3am, but location was great, room was lovely, and the breakfast with view was sublime!

Hotel Fleur de Ville
Unfailingly warm, courteous and helpful staff. Bedding superb—mattress, pillows, and linens all top-notch. Housekeeping excellent. And the hotel itself is located within walking distance of train station, shopping district, and numerous restaurants.
