However the bright mural painted on the ceiling was more alarming than calming. "Although I didn’t get a room upgrade they sent a lovely box of chocolates and a note apologizing they couldn’t accommodate the upgrade. What an absolutely stunning and phenomenal staff! Everyone at front desk was excellent! All cheerful, well-mannered and very helpful! From printing out a document I needed, to recommendations and turning air down to 18, etc."
