"Room was clean, comfortable bed. Exceptional friendly service from all the staff, reception, valet and housekeeping. Enjoyed my stay, would highly recommend the Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart."

"Room 509 the air con made a terrible noise. Probably needs maintenance. And I was a bit surprised that house keeping only happened if you put a label on your door? Any other hotel it happens as a given. I forgot to put it and when I got back to the room obviously it wasn’t done because I hadn’t put the label on. Maybe doing it by default is a better way? Apart from that the staff were so friendly and amazing. And when I called for more towels I got them instantly. So thank you for an all in all good experience."
