"This was our second stay at this site and was very disappointed, the check in staff customer service needs improvement, totally opposite to our first stay here, also the room wasn't up to the same standard as the previous room we stayed in, we have a lot of family business to conduct in Whanganui over the coming months and our recent trip makes it hard for us to return to this Hotel"

"The lady who checked me in was lovely, and very helpful. The room had a newish kitchen and a fairly updated bathroom. However, there were stains on the carpet (one very large one), the curtains over the front door and the ranchslider were missing hooks (which are so easy and cheap to replace) so hung down untidily and looked pretty bad. The roller blind in the kitchen was so worn out and in serious need of replacement. Skirting boards in the main room were badly scuffed. The bed and linen were perfect. "
