"My service animal got fleas from outside the property. A lot of garbage and alcohol remains, partying in the parking lot and staircase. The property refused refund and so did hotels.com. Very disappointed as a lifelong customer. "

"We felt like we was discriminated against. When we got there we was asked to pay a deposit, the manager had told the person behind the desk to charge us that even before we got there, I observed other people getting checked in and was not asked for a deposit, also when we checked out we had to have our room checked, again I observed someone checking out and they were not told their room had to be checked. I feel like because I was an out of Towne and African American I was treated that way."

"I had seen such great reviews but was disappointed. It does seem they attempted to renovate but it was done poorly. The room was a bit worn down, in need of some repairs. The tv was coming in and out. The pool was smaller than it even appears in pictures. The staff was very friendly though."

"We arrived 30 minutes before check in and was told no rooms would be available until check in. (3:00 pm) We were told they were filled up the previous night and weren't able to get a good start on cleaning. A few minutes later someone arrived at the desk and asked of they had rooms ready. He was told no because the cleaning staff was sick and unable to clean fast enough. The room itself was fair except the pillows were old and worn. The reading lamp bulb was not dead but very dim, making it useless for anyone reading. The TV had no instructions for specific channels and I had to cut it off and back on each time to re-address the information page. The next morning, there was no coffee ready. The breakfast was scheduled for 6 am but no coffee was available. When we checked out an hour later there was still no coffee."

"It’s an old hotel that is updated but the not updated parts are gross. There were several stains on my ceiling and walls from old leaks, the shower head was disgusting, and although the carpet seemed new you could smell that a dog had peed on it before. There were hand prints all over my headboard which is disgusting and also some kind of smudges left on every mirror in my room so housekeeping could definitely do better. The bed was comfortable and the furniture is new so thats a plus."
