Great stay!

Short, but very nice stay

We had a nice stay the night before Thanksgiving. The hotel and our room were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Breakfast offerings were very good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I did appreciate that they gave the housekeeping staff the day off on Thanksgiving Day and made sure all guests were aware that if they did need anything, the front desk would take care of them.

Nice Hotel!

We booked a last minute stay having to be in town for work and everything exceeded our expectations from check in to check out. The front desk host was very nice and provided exceptional customer service! Hotel was nice and clean, room was clean, spacious, and cable TV. We will return to this hotel if we are ever in the area again.

Breakfast was fantastic bc of Scott!

Check-in was quick. Room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic! Highlight: Scott was all over it. Food was fresh, counters were clean, tables were clean, he was busy but always friendly. He is a rare find in a world where nobody cares or takes pride in their work. Visiting kids at HPU and will always stay at this place now.

We were there because my dad was in the hospital and we didn’t know how long our stay would be. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to extend our stay more than once and keep our room. It was a huge help to us.

The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. If one of us was unable to climb stairs, I would have requested to move to another floor and I am sure they would have done what they could to accommodate us. On the upside, there was literally no one else up on the 4th floor with us! The beds were comfy, the AC unit worked well, the ice machine worked just fine, so overall, I would say we had a good stay! Even with the elevator issue, I would stay here again. They can’t control when equipment malfunctions!

Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Went down at 8:30 and only eggs left. I was hoping they would put out more items but they didn’t. The orange juice/apple juice machine was bad. All drinks had a weird taste and coffee was horrible.

The property appeared to be recently remodeled and was mostly very clean. The staff was very nice. The 2 things I would recommend that they pay some attention to are: 1 - The smells. The elevator smelled foul. We opted for the stairs after our first elevator ride. Also, the hallway on our floor (2) smelled very chemically, like they were trying to cover up something. I honestly thought someone had smoked in there and they were trying to cover it up. But the smells were off-putting. But we were fine once we got into our room. 2 - The shower stall had some mildew around the bottom that needed attention.
