"It's ok for a short stay. Nothing great. Bathroom is basic and small, so is the room. Only consolation is Club Hermis nearby."

"Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at."

"They employ disabled people. Breakfast was poor quality. Car service was ridiculously expensive. Room smelled of smoke. The power kept going off."
