"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 beds and a sofa bed with a balcony and got a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed and no balcony. Apartment itself is OK, the surrounding areas are not nice. Would be OK for stag or hen do if you get the right apartment."

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "
