"Beautiful setting with professional friendly staff, especially the breakfast crew"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. Only downside is the parking. We couldn’t get a space in the hotel car park and Peel Street car park (next to the hotel one) took a fair bit of waiting to get a space."

The staff are so friendly and will do anything g they can to help. the rooms have recently been refurbished and they are really beautiful, to think this hotel room is as the same price as the premier inn, it’s really a no brainer! Stay here it won’t disappoint . "

"Great location-easy walk to center of town. Room was spacious & comfortable and had a fridge. Breakfast had a nice variety of foods that were all tasty and appealing. Staff was very helpful and attentive."

"Only stayed the one night but the staff were very friendly and efficient, they helped us check baggage before and after check out so they were could explore the city without carting around unnecessary luggage. The room itself was clean and nice decorated, the bed was perhaps a little on the soft side which may be an issue for some but we found it perfectly fine. The shower was great and the room temperature controlled was fantastic given it was quite a warm sticky day outside and I've seen other hotels in the area resort to loud portable Aircon units in an effort to keep the rooms at an acceptable level but here the integrated air was efficient and quiet. Overall a very enjoyable, if quick stay, that I would be happy to do again. "
