"This hotel is a gem! It is beautiful and classy and spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is perfectly situated just off the main thoroughfare to downtown Killarney and all the shops and pubs, and it is within walking distance to St. Mary’s Cathedral and Killarney National Park. We could not have chosen a better location— close to so much but away from the noise. Highly recommend!"

"The property is luxurious and well furnished. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The only drawback is there are no refrigerators in the rooms unless you’re in a deluxe room. That being said they do have a refrigerator at reception you can request your items be stored in. There is a restaurant on site, but we decided to walk to local pub and the hotel itself was well placed near multiple pubs, convenience stores and pharmacy, which we needed."

"The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities we really use the toiletry is the shower is awesome the garden area where you can sit in how your drinks and lunch and dinner is pretty good the day was very warm and few drinks definitely helped us relax Plus a cold shower. It's based in the heart of the city centre so everything is a few minutes away we had a stroll into the city center and loved it we would definitely go back if we get a chance."
