"We reserved two rooms at the same time, rooms were 2 floors apart and staff said it was under two separate reservations. My bed had a huge like dent in the mattress, was like sleeping in a bowl. However, the pool was great, and the free breakfast was decent. Staff that checked us in was incompetent but everyone after that we dealt with was friendly and helpful."

At this time there is construction going on starting at 7am literally a stone throw away. I stayed a week and house keeping never emptied garbage made bed or even entered the room. I ran out of toilet paper and towels. I got clean sheets and towels. No toiletries were replenished. Some mold in bathroom.
