"Very nice hotel and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. We had two rooms a premium king and a twin and both were very clean. The king had benches for bags which was handy, the twin did not so that took up extra floor space. Breakfast was surprising with a good level of hot and cold options. Overall, a nice family stay and accommodating to our elderly family member using a wheelchair."

"Lovely comfortable unit in some of the most beautiful gardens we've seen. Restaurant on premises in a stunning heritage house where we enjoyed sensational Thai Fusion meals. Staff were very friendly, delivered freshly made croissants to the unit as an arrival gift. Loved this place!"

"Well, the room was brilliant and the views were amazing. The room was kept very clean and topped up each day with everything needed. From the car park to where the room is can be quite a challenge with a heavy case and the timber walkway/ramp and so if there was a way that any luggage could have been taken from reception to the room then this might be the way forward. It was great to have happy hour from 3-5 ( which is happy 2 hours!) and the meals in the restaurant were very nice with very large portions. Upon leaving the hotel it would be good to have a box where to deposit your keys on checkout as there was no staff available even though I called out and looked for at least 5 minutes. I certainly will be visiting again, because of its beautiful location and central location."

"great room, so big - would have been nice if it had had a small table and chairs so you didn't have to sit on the bed. and a small couch would have fit in also! you only get a view of the carpark if you don't pay extra for the silo rooms but the size of the room makes up for it. A bit remote from cafes etc so a small microwave would be nice so you could heat your food or drinks when you finally get them back, but there is a cafe in the park next door, open in the morning- fantastic stay"
