The owners are awesome and very knowledgable about the area, even gave us tips of things to do during our stay. "I had emergency surgery and needed to reschedule our stay. Over ten attempts to reschedule, all unsuccessful. Each time, I was told I would be charged anywhere from $209, to over $500. Same room, just different dates. I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”.
