"Er kan geen raam open in de hotelkamer, er lagen vliegjes bij het raam.
Bij het betreden van de badkamer kwam er een enorme rioollucht je tegemoet.
Klacht ingediend bij de "receptie". De eigenaar zou naar ons toe komen. Een kwartier gewacht, toen zijn we opnieuw naar de receptie gelopen met de vraag of we kamer 11 konden krijgen. Deze stond open daar was geen rioollucht te ruiken en er kon een raampje open. Dit kon niet alles was bezet.
Weer naar de eigenaar gevraagd, alles uitgelegd dat het...

"While the owners were very pleasant and the bed was comfortable, the floors in the room were disgusting. Lots of dirt on the floors with areas that were sticky. The bathroom floors were tile and very slippery when exiting the shower. There is no storage in the room for your clothes and the television sits below the bed making it impossible to view. The room could also use a mirror in addition to the small mirror above the bathroom sink. The sheet was dirty but was not changed by housekeeping....
"We had a really nice stay - only one night, travelling through, wish we could have stayed longer! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The large swimming pool was very clean and empty when we there. Nice bar with pool table and very friendly staff. Pleasant 15 minute walk through the forest to get to the centre. "This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. This was quickly resolved but took the shine off an otherwise perfect experience. Also the 'day' menu in the restaurant never varied throughout the week which limited choices."

The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot.
