"Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up. They fixed the heat quickly and it had already gone up 2 degrees so we went to dinner. Room was room when we got back. Would stay again, just wish they had breakfast."

"Very attentive service, surprisingly spacious rooms, and a good gym. Small touches like the sparkling water machines and treats at the front desk like hot chocolate were nice too. Free snacks in the room are a plus too."
