"The hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating. The bar was closed when we returned after dinner (11 pm) to have a drink. The coffee machine was cleaned so no coffee available. The drinking chocolate machine broken down so manually made with water. The sauna was barely warm and no steam room. One reception staff was rude to a customer checking in, the bathrooms were way out of date. Breakfast was at an additional charge but good. No help given us as we struggled up the stairs to check in.
