"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. The house was cozy and warm, making it a great choice for a family winter getaway for a few days. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved, such as the TV remote lacking batteries (we had to purchase and replace them ourselves) and the kitchen knives being quite dull, which made them difficult to use. "Had a fabulous 2 night stay in a balcony room for our anniversary. The room was lovely as was the balcony, especially on the hottest day of the year! The hotels location was perfect, just minutes from bars and restaurants yet it was peaceful and quiet when sat in the outside terrace. Breakfast was delicious, the eggs Benedict was just what we fancied. It was so good we had it both mornings. Would highly recommend this hotel."
