"Wonderful welcome from the lovely receptionist and nice restaurant service at dinner. Beautiful, comfortable and clean room with great additions like coffee machine, tasty cookies, fan and lovely toiletries. Our only complaint was that breakfast was a bit slapdash with items like bread & orange juice ..."

Yarrow Hotel
"The whole experience was very good. We have been to this hotel a few times and everything is good - the checkin was quick, the room large and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. For some the downside is that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of broadstairs"

"Great location right on Deal beachfront. We were on the ground floor Addelam Suite. Large room, very comfortable bed, and we had a great night of sleep - no noise from the road / being on the ground floor. Lovely deocration. Plenty of places to eat / grab a coffee nearby."

"Property was overpriced for what it is. No parking The room was really hot and had no air conditioning, I asked the manager for a fan to the cool the room down but he didn’t have one. Had to leave the windows open for some air but the traffic which is constant kept us awake. The Rug in the middle ..."
