"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"This was a very nicely presented house. Comfortable beds lovely living room nice garden. However, on our arrival we noticed the thermostat was broken and the heat was stuck on constant. None of the radiators have individual dials to control the heat and the house runs on an old-fashioned immersion heater. We were very cold and uncomfortable for the first night. We contacted the host who knew very little about the house but arranged for an engineer to visit the following. who knew very little...
