The staff were very friendly. Last minute I had to change my arrangements and the staff accommodated this which I was grateful for as the hotel was busy at this time of year. The Plough Retreat
Very convenient, central location for our needs to get to Antiques Fairs . Large, clean room / ensuite. Codes to access building and room where semt in plenty of time. One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub ...

17 Union Road Basement
Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking.
