"Friendly staff clean rooms. Only complying had was that the room doors were hard to open. Noticed several others struggling until you figured out you had to push really hard because the doors stick. Breakfast was good and fresh. They alternated the meat Pool was nice. I’d definitely stay there again."

"The reason I chose good instead of excellent at this hotel was at the bathroom for the pool was all the way across the entrance to the other side of the hotel. We swim every day with little ones and we had to walk wet suits and all, across the lobby to use the restroom when people were checking in. But I would like to say that the housekeepers were absolutely wonderful, cleaning crew friendly and thorough. Also the front desk personnel were more than helpful and went out of their way to make our stay memorable."

"Booked an overnight while traveling. Easy process. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room on the 3rd floor was spacious and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Plush but supportive with excellent linens. Bathroom had a shower with sliding glass doors. Good size. I do wish the standard would be hand-held shower head rather than just a high wall mount. The negatives were the excessive parking lot lights from the adjacent property. It was practically daylight in the middle of the night. Luckily there are blackout roller shades. Breakfast was not included in my rate. It should have been. It was $20 extra at the time of booking or $14 on-site. See the problem Hilton? And it was basically the same kind of food I had for free the day before at a Hampton Inn. Steam table ready. No frills other than a server taking your order and delivering your food to table."

"We had an amazing stay here. Everything was excellent. I cannot give a higher rating. I wish I could. The staff was the most amazing. The minute we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly April. She was so nice and welcoming. In fact she was one of the most welcoming staff member that we encountered here. Even when she worked all night and greeted us the very next morning. We talked about the festival we were attending and everything. I love when we can connect with staff members at various hotels we stay at. The breakfast was super yummy. I had eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Our room was immaculate too. It was one of the cleanest rooms that we have ever stayed in. Over all I give this hotel a 10/10."

"The room was mostly clean. The bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. But overall decent. Its an old building renovated but in good shape. The beds are comfy with good bedding. The staff is friendly and helpful."
