"Staff were great although the reception staff were hit and miss with positive/welcoming attitude. Conditions in hotel 'great' as expected. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast with the exception of the 'English / warm' breakfast (The worst I have had in Europe for several years. Fried eggs, runnie on the top burned on the bottom, bacon like tasteless cardboard, hash browns and beans not even warm. As I said the rest of th food was good."

"This was one the most comfortable hotels I have recently stayed in. My room and the bathroom were both significantly bigger than the european average in this price category. Both were newly and beautifully renovated. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. The staff at the reception desk was super friendly and accommodating in every respect. The only small minus I would mention was the breakfast room. The breakfat buffet is ok, the room itself is ok, nothing stands out. "

"Very nice small boutique hotel in central Brno. Our room was clean and nicely decorated with a beautiful painted ceiling and stained glass window. Could have used some more shelves in the bathroom but other then that all was good!"
