"Terrible stay. Whilst I was allowed to leave my bags in early, and told to arrive at 11, I waited almost an hour for a member of staff to let me into the property. The apartment is in quite a bit of disrepair. Kitchen sink is damaged, oven door is broken off the hinges, and the blinds in the bedroom were broken, with just a towel hung up attempting to cover a ground floor window, but leaving a large gap where you could see into a small courtyard. "We stayed here for one night on our way through London Heathrow. It is conveniently close to the airport with several options for transfer (Uber, bus, airport shuttle bus, taxi) We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was large and comfortable and served drinks and a decent menu. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant had a wide variety of excellent choices. Our room was comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. The bathroom was clean and had nice, quality fixtures and finishes. The HVAC system for the room was the most quiet of any hotel we could remember and had an easy to use thermostat. The bed was comfortable and on the soft side which we liked. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if passing through London. "
