"Staff were courteous. Room is clean but part of the carpet is wet. Bed, bedding and towels are sumptuous. Little Dove bar of soap was super cute. I appreciate the hair conditioner too. Not all hotels supply that. Fridge is huge! We asked for a quiet room and so far it is very quiet. "

"The breakfast staff were amazing. The front desk people were so accomodating. And one of the housekeeping staff helped me with my luggage. You have a great staff who get customer service. Keep up the good work."

"Our room was very clean and felt spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The fan in the room runs even when you turn it off but it didn't bother me. Shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast had decent choices - we stayed for 2 nights and were pleased to find different hot food each day. Randomly, the oatmeal was surprisingly good. The only thing that would have been nice is lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread but to be fair I didn't ask for either, so it may have been available. For the price, which included the full breakfast and free parking (which most hotels charge extra for), this was an excellent stay. We have already booked again for one night before a flight, and this will be our new go-to hotel for pre- and post-travel from YVR. "
